PAYMENT

Payment is appreciated and expected at the time services are rendered. Professional services are payable by cash, check, or credit/debit card. In addition, most insurance is accepted. To make a payment on your account now, see 'ONLINE PAYMENT' or 'PAYMENT BY MAIL' below.

INSURANCE

Dr. Pizzi's clinical professional services are fully or partially reimbursable under most health insurance plans. Dr. Pizzi is also contracted as a participating provider with various programs. If your insurance plan or program does not list Dr. Pizzi as a provider, you may still be entitled to out-of-network (OON) benefits, where you are reimbursed by the insurance directly. Please contact Dr. Pizzi so that his office can help you determine your coverage options. The office will also file claims on your behalf so that you receive the highest level of reimbursement possible. Dr. Pizzi's concern is helping each client receive the most appropriate service. If it is determined that you would best be served by another practitioner, you will be promptly provided with referrals.

IMPORTANT NOTE

Many of Dr. Pizzi's clients have chosen to pay for their services themselves rather than compromising their privacy, which often occurs with managed-care insurance. While choosing to pay for therapy yourself is a personal decision, it provides the highest level of confidentiality and freedom to plan your treatment with the doctor of your choice. Feel free to contact Dr. Pizzi directly with any questions you may have.

Insurance claims are processed on your behalf by an online claims processing service using state-of-the-art electronic media which are fully compliant with the provisions of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). Thus, your confidentiality is always assured.

FEES

CANCELLATIONS

Your scheduled appointment time is reserved only for you. A Missed Session Charge is assessed for no-shows or appointments canceled with less than 48 hours' notice. Your understanding & cooperation are appreciated.

ONLINE PAYMENT

To make a payment on your account now using a credit/debit card, click here. At the bottom right of the next screen that comes up, click on "Website Payment." Enter Dr. Pizzi's License Number (6301011945) and follow the instructions.

PAYMENT BY MAIL
